Most can not, some of them. I have to participate in trade fairs, flea markets and rock and jewelry shows and talk to those that exist.

Maybe try to sell them on eBay to see what kind of response you get, too. It's easy to join and the costs are minimal. This way you can, for example, your top 5 pieces and prices, as you want. Based on these answers, you get an idea of what I wanted.

Do you have a name in the sense line for your jewelry? Before you invest time, money and effort into a name, we strongly recommend that further research is conducted to ensure that it is the name you want in fact, available.

This means looking and waiting for the brand and the Federal Data State Archives and the Joint United States for the files of the law. Then, when it is clear, you can decide whether to register an application for federal or state level.

Research is needed to ensure that your company is legal, before the opening before the extension, prior to the start or before designing your logo. Similarities in sound, appearance and sense of you!

There are 16 million of trade names in use in the United States. No similarAmes affair, so close in sound, appearance or meaning. Similar names in related classes, distribution channels and customer matter too. They are affected by the common use of the Act (14 million), State of Marks (500,000) and Federal Trademarks (2 million).

Yes! Hand is beautiful. Jewelry is made by hand "in the Philippines" in our country. when demand is high, add more labor and capital UR. And yes, I agree with Richard too! And find a good place to sell and word of mouth from people who have bought, it is beautiful, and have regular customers, too.

I think it depends on where the fact. In a country like India, is very popular and can earn a good living in it. The only problem with a country like India will face competition. Some Western countries are now handmade jewelry in silver and gold, and sometimes maybe in the near future, they could make a good market prospect.
