Hello, was one of the days Thos unhealthy if you eat everything that should not eat UR. I wonder how many calories I had today. to hear what I ate:
1. Sandwich with smoked turkey (only 1 slice of toast)
2. 1 piece pizza, Margareta
3. Braid spagattie + 1 piece fried chicken
4. Plexus of small fish.
oh and 2 and a regular diet cola (Diet Coke is 1 calorie I come)
u think now probably in a cow. lol
So how many calories you eat and how should I eat because I am a student in my teens.
